Take a walk, ride a bike, do a workout routine, read a book, write a book. What is it that makes you feel alive? When we take the time to say “I’ll be back in a little while” and we proceed to do something beneficial for our wellbeing it’s worth it.

Sometimes the pain is worth it, especially when you are getting stronger because of it. A year ago I was a completely different person, I have grown, I have become a better version of myself. There was pain but there was more gain
