Take a walk, ride a bike, do a workout routine, read a book, write a book. What is it that makes you feel alive? When we take the time to say “I’ll be back in a little while” and we proceed to do something beneficial for our wellbeing it’s worth it.

When your priorities are right, even the most mundane activity will get done. Admitting to yourself that the things/activities you do matter will help make doing what you are doing (even when hard) bearable. Find the joy in each moment you are in.
