What is important to you? Do you make yourself available to those around you, to the items in your life you deem worthy of your time? The amount of time you are busy doesn’t dictate the right use of your time. Think about that.
Finding the Joy Breaks sounds hard at times especially when life seems out of control and always busy. It’s at these times when even a sunset seen on the way home can be joyful. Don’t forget that joy doesn’t have to be just in the big things.

Finally Back! It’s been a long four weeks of working late, sleeping less and worrying more. The parts that are missing? Praying more, having conversations with Jesus and trusting that His will will be done.
Joy Comes even when you feel like you have lost it. The world, life, family, work, negative words can all steal joy, but only for a little bit. Joy comes in the moments, in the self worth, in the knowledge of who you are in Christ
OOPs! I Did it Again, I stressed out, and needed to be told I did something good and that I am valued. If I just listened to that still small voice I would already know of my value in Christ.
Change is hard, and that is ok. Self doubt is hard and in all honesty shouldn’t be a part of what we think about. Changing our thought patterns and how we treat ourselves and others is how we come out on the other end a better person.
Breathe In Breathe Out, sometimes that is all you can do, and that is ok. It helps clear the brain, and slow the heartrate down. It helps stop rash decisions, and nasty words. Breathing is essential for life, but also so important for our wellbeing.
Shut Down Round Two, not this again! As we roll out another two weeks of shut down in the quarantine, how will you deal with it? Will you find joy in every day events or sit back and find ways to be upset? The choice is yours.
Helpers are everyday people who step up to the plate to help others. They are the ones that rush to the front line as well as the ones that stay put to make sure things at home stay running smoothly.
