What is important to you? Do you make yourself available to those around you, to the items in your life you deem worthy of your time? The amount of time you are busy doesn’t dictate the right use of your time. Think about that.

Finally Back!

Breathe In Breathe Out, sometimes that is all you can do, and that is ok. It helps clear the brain, and slow the heartrate down. It helps stop rash decisions, and nasty words. Breathing is essential for life, but also so important for our wellbeing.
