To be Needed

To be needed means there is an importance a purpose for you. When that is taken away it is a blow to the ego and it can hurt, which is why we fight so hard to keep what we have, even if what we are given may not be the best for us anymore.

How Available Are You?

What is important to you? Do you make yourself available to those around you, to the items in your life you deem worthy of your time? The amount of time you are busy doesn’t dictate the right use of your time. Think about that.

Finding the Joy Breaks

OOPs! I Did it Again, I stressed out, and needed to be told I did something good and that I am valued. If I just listened to that still small voice I would already know of my value in Christ.

Self Doubts and the Love of Change

Change is hard, and that is ok. Self doubt is hard and in all honesty shouldn’t be a part of what we think about. Changing our thought patterns and how we treat ourselves and others is how we come out on the other end a better person.

I Can’t Wait To Go To Bed

I Can’t Wait To Go To Bed! I finally get to snuggle in and read my book! It is the greatest feeling to get to the end of the day and this happy little event is there for you. What makes you happy? What makes you smile, do the Happy Dance?

Breathe In Breathe Out

Breathe In Breathe Out, sometimes that is all you can do, and that is ok. It helps clear the brain, and slow the heartrate down. It helps stop rash decisions, and nasty words. Breathing is essential for life, but also so important for our wellbeing.
