The fear of failing is strong, the knowledge of your worth and that God loves you is stronger. Failure is part of life, but so is learning and growing and being a better person because of it.

To be Needed

To be needed means there is an importance a purpose for you. When that is taken away it is a blow to the ego and it can hurt, which is why we fight so hard to keep what we have, even if what we are given may not be the best for us anymore.

Being Patient Joyfully

Being Patient is hard enough without adding the joyfully part. This means letting go of what we think life should be like and giving to others what they may not deserve. This means doing it with joy and without judgement and resentment

They are Comfortable with you

Teenagers, they are like cats. One wrong move and they either run and hide for the rest of the day or take your head off, and you never really know which way it will go. If they are comfortable with you, you will eventually find out.

Will It Ruin Your Day?

Sometimes even the little things seem to get under our skin and can threaten to ruin our day. We have a choice though: Change our thoughts about it and move forward, or let it rule our thoughts and ruin our day. The choice is ours.

Girls Day Out. It opens up the world of my kids. Its a way to see my kid’s world though their eyes. These days won’t always be there, so I am going to enjoy them while I can.
