It’s in the little things that joy abounds. I recently sat down with a friend. We had good food, good conversation and without her knowing it she humbled and convicted me. It was what I needed and it helped me to see that my view needed more joy.

The New Year is here, why not try for the simple. Love your neighbor as yourself. Enjoy simple. We love to complicate the simple but it’s better to simplify the complicated. You need rest, then rest. You need love, then give love.
Help or Hurt
Our words and actions have the ability to help or hurt the people we meet. Imagine what they can do to the people we already know and engage with. Our time on this earth is short, why not do our best to treat people kindly, & encourage with our words
What Is Home?
Where is home? The comfort of coming home. The chance to be around good friends. Home is love and hope. Home is memories and dreams of what is to come. Home is really where your heart is.

Just Keep Waiting, but be productive in what you do. Chose to live, love and be in the moment. When you can hug, make it count and when you can smile do it often.

Out Of The Woodworks, Come out and be the light that shines for someone else. You never know when someone needs to hear what has been laid on your heart to say. Encouraging each other is never a bad thing. Look up and smile at each other, connect.
Rae's New Shine Childrens Book
One day Rae woke up and felt different. When she looked at the people around her they seemed to “shine brighter” than she did. When she finally prayed about it and asked her mom for help, she realized she didn’t know her own worth. She didn’t believe in herself and felt dim compared to others. Once she started to see she was talented and worthy her shine came back.
