Who Cares, Self Care. People say it all the time, self care is important. I, like some people don’t take stock into self care until it’s too late and I have already blown my top and those around me deal with the shock waves.
Breathe In Breathe Out, sometimes that is all you can do, and that is ok. It helps clear the brain, and slow the heartrate down. It helps stop rash decisions, and nasty words. Breathing is essential for life, but also so important for our wellbeing.
