It’s in the little things that joy abounds. I recently sat down with a friend. We had good food, good conversation and without her knowing it she humbled and convicted me. It was what I needed and it helped me to see that my view needed more joy.

I admit thinking too much makes me sometimes feel like I have smoke coming out of my ears. I don’t take enough time to just sit, and be still. Thoughts can rule our lives, how we deal with them can make or break our health. Take time for rest, for shutting down, to breathe. Change your mindset, and it will change your outlook.
