Peace, Umm Maybe, sometimes I wonder if peace is over rated? Then I realize I have peace from the most routine daily activities, to the crazy let’s go zip lining activities. Peace comes from being ok, ok with yourself and what is going on around you.
When we decide to be nice, spread joy and choose the attitudes we have, we are more like a little honeybee than the fly that chooses to stick by the decay and garbage. It’s not hard really, to choose joy, to choose to smile, but it is a choice all the same. So what do you want to be? A bee or a fly?
All too often we work to not break down, to stay strong, but when someone is there to break through our defenses, it’s a healing salve to our souls
The Fickle Heart, so hard to follow and know who you are. Our titles, our thoughts, our feelings cause so much confusion. Finding your inner joy and peace is the only real way to work through the ever changing heart.
Are You Happy? Being happy is good for your health, it’s good for your heart and for your mind. There are so many ways to answer this question , that’s why it’s so good to pause in the pursuit of happiness and be happy in the present.
Simpler Times? It often feels like they are in the past, when in actuality they are in the moment. Choosing to see them now instead of looking back will help you to enjoy your moments now.
Change Is Coming, it’s how you respond to it that shows your true colors. Change whether good or bad will force you to learn and grow
