Take a walk, ride a bike, do a workout routine, read a book, write a book. What is it that makes you feel alive? When we take the time to say “I’ll be back in a little while” and we proceed to do something beneficial for our wellbeing it’s worth it.

No! Not Right Now, I was thinking this as my stomach growled one more time. I was regretting my decision at that point of not eating breakfast, but knew that my decision to fast ultimately was for a better cause. Learn to see the importance.

And Then There Was Steak, and sweets and cheesecake. This week was difficult with the fasting program but it was worth the effort to have a healthier happier body.
