I admit thinking too much makes me sometimes feel like I have smoke coming out of my ears. I don’t take enough time to just sit, and be still. Thoughts can rule our lives, how we deal with them can make or break our health. Take time for rest, for shutting down, to breathe. Change your mindset, and it will change your outlook.

Away From The Everyday. It would be so easy to live in a bubble. The bubble keeps you from offending people, and thus being offended. But it also keeps you from finding the good and joy in your life. Is the bubble worth it?
