Tag: find joy in the waiting

The Struggle is Real

We struggle to wait, we struggle to ask for help and we struggle to give grace to others. But what if we decided to break the cycle and find joy in the waiting? What if we opened up to accepting help and acknowledging that people are not perfect?

If Mom Can’t Find It, No One Can

Mom’s have the power to find anything. Just ask the kid that lost his toy or the husband that swears he left his tool “right there on the counter”. Christ has the ability to find anyone too, the difference is we have the choice to follow once found.

Waiting Just A Little While Longer

It is so hard to wait, it means putting your life on hold for an amount of time that eventually can make you feel like you are going to go crazy. In the process of waiting processing happens. Joy seeps in and growth happens.

Little bits of Joy

I love when little bits of joy are sprinkled into my life. I love it more when they seem to be spontaneous even if they have been planned. A smile from a child, fresh baked brownies, a good talk with family. All are little bits of joy.

To Be Found

Finding your joy and even finding something you thought you would never find is amazing. When the unexpected happens and joy is found even in the darkness to find this is miraculous.

Finding the Joy Breaks

Finding the Joy Breaks sounds hard at times especially when life seems out of control and always busy. It’s at these times when even a sunset seen on the way home can be joyful. Don’t forget that joy doesn’t have to be just in the big things.

The Waiting

The Waiting can be stressful but it can also bring so much joy and peace. Wait for the creation, wait for the laughter, wait for the small little legs to catch up to you. When you chose to slow down and wait, there is happiness in that.
