The act of living can be full of joy. My dog Charlie shows me this on a daily basis. People around me show me that it may not always be easy but living is worth it. The act of living must be acted on. There is no other way, so find joy in it.
“That isn’t my job” can be such a horrible phrase unless you know that there is someone near that has the abilities and talents to do the job in the way it should be done. Then it just takes humility to step aside and let them do it. There is joy in it.
What are the words that you say to yourself? Are they uplifting or do they tear you down? When we notice our worth we start to shine even when the world seems dull
It’s crazy how change is more of a constant than, well change. Looking at change with “joy lenses” will make whatever is changing better.
All too often we work to not break down, to stay strong, but when someone is there to break through our defenses, it’s a healing salve to our souls
Change Matters, what you give up may not be as great as what you have to gain. Working out changes your body, but for the good, farmers know changes in weather will affect their crops. Change means giving up something, and so your outlook matters
Change is hard, and that is ok. Self doubt is hard and in all honesty shouldn’t be a part of what we think about. Changing our thought patterns and how we treat ourselves and others is how we come out on the other end a better person.
Why Are We Back To That Again? The thoughts that circle in our heads and show up in random conversations are the ones we should pay attention to. They are the game changers, they are the worry makers, but they will be a constant until they are accepted
Stomping My Foot, doesn’t really do much but hurt my foot. Trusting in the process and of course God means that though change will happen it won’t overtake you. Chose to stay the course and go forward open to learn and grow
Change Is Coming, it’s how you respond to it that shows your true colors. Change whether good or bad will force you to learn and grow
