Faith helps us to see who we are when we trust Christ to bring us through this life. Worry, fear, regrets, and the labels put on us by the world just cause us to be anxious. Christ calls us to a new way of living, one of faith, hope and love

The Act of Living

The act of living can be full of joy. My dog Charlie shows me this on a daily basis. People around me show me that it may not always be easy but living is worth it. The act of living must be acted on. There is no other way, so find joy in it.

That’s Not My Job

Inner Dialog

What are the words that you say to yourself? Are they uplifting or do they tear you down? When we notice our worth we start to shine even when the world seems dull

Why Are We Back To That Again? The thoughts that circle in our heads and show up in random conversations are the ones we should pay attention to. They are the game changers, they are the worry makers, but they will be a constant until they are accepted

Stomping My Foot

Stomping My Foot, doesn’t really do much but hurt my foot. Trusting in the process and of course God means that though change will happen it won’t overtake you. Chose to stay the course and go forward open to learn and grow
