Breathe In Breathe Out, sometimes that is all you can do, and that is ok. It helps clear the brain, and slow the heartrate down. It helps stop rash decisions, and nasty words. Breathing is essential for life, but also so important for our wellbeing.
Just Take A Deep Breath. Sometimes that is all we need. Our lungs need to expand fully, which causes our hearts to slow for a bit helping us to calm. It helps us to see things in a different light, helps us to regain balance, helps us move forward.
