Check On Your Friends, sometimes all they need is a hug, other times a long conversation. Step back and breathe. Be present.
Breathe In Breathe Out, sometimes that is all you can do, and that is ok. It helps clear the brain, and slow the heartrate down. It helps stop rash decisions, and nasty words. Breathing is essential for life, but also so important for our wellbeing.
When we chose to live we give ourselves hope. That hope then helps others to live. Rising from the ashes is necessary, though difficult.
